Immersive Training Experience (ITE)
The complete 6 modules LiquidCosmos training program, for 6 months.
10 days immersion twice a year (May and October) + 12 online sessions.

INTENSIVE TRAINING EXPERIENCE 2025

It is for you when…

You are ready, longing for and called to:

  • immerse in a transformative deep journey on Somatic Aquatic Bodywork, after which you’ll be ready to facilitate sessions.
  • learn by experiencing, sharing and co-creating with the Aquatic Community: in 2 presencial workshops with a continuous group + 2 monthly  online meetings (for half a year).
  • Practice 120 in-water-hours and support it with meditation, yoga, regenerative walks in nature, cook (& learn to cook) together grounding nourishing ayurvedic food, dance contact improvisation and Authentic Movement & some empathic relating practices as nonviolent communication or Authentic relating, during the presential gatherings.

Ideal for those who live abroad, as taking a flight 2x year for a 10 day immersion in Portugal, might feel worthy.

But mostly … for all of those who feel the genuine call to water and to embody a high level of listening skills, as well as the ability/experience to connect in depth with others, both in and outside the water.

ACOMODATION & FOOD

Just next to LiquidZome, our neighbor Casa Aya offers shared dorms, a beautiful shala, kitchen, a shared bathroom and a peaceful Garden with plenty of fruit trees and a little forest.

We strongly recommend to stay there with the group. If You have a campervan they offer parking space as well. You can also camp there (but bare in mind that Sintra weather can be rainy).

Training is intense. That’s why we invite our amazing Indian chef Antony Vivera to cook an abundant, nutritive and rich vegetarian meal a day for us. In a way that there will be daily left overs, so you can just warm it up as second meal.

Ideal Aquatic diet is: eating light food before water (fruits, nuts, salads, juices) and grounding food after water. We’d propose you to get your own light pre-water snacks to later enjoy Anthony’s warming meals.
