SPT '25
Slow Pace Training (SPT)
The 3 inicial modules, one weekend a month, for 3 months,
that you can later complete by joining ITE’s 3 advanced modules in October.
SLOW PACE TRAINING 2025
It is for you when…
You are ready, longing for and called to:
- get contents in 3 days shots and take 1 month for integration and practice and meet online, before meeting again in the water.
- start learning, but you’re not sure if to commit for 6 months straight away (you can start with 3 months and decide later if to continue). If this is the case, you have the opportunity to join the October 10 days presential INTENSIVE TRAINING EXPERIENCE program after doing an SPT.
- Review what you learned in a previous taken training, if you are an old student.
Ideal for those who live in Portugal/Europe, as coming to Sintra 1x month for 3 days, feels worthy.

ACOMODATION & FOOD
Just next to LiquidZome, our neighbor Casa Aya offers shared dorms, a beautiful shala, kitchen, a shared bathroom and a peaceful Garden with plenty of fruit trees and a little forest.
We strongly recommend to stay there with the group. If You have a campervan they offer parking space as well. You can also camp there (but bare in mind that Sintra weather can be rainy).
Training is intense. That’s why we invite our amazing Indian chef Antony Vivera to cook an abundant, nutritive and rich vegetarian meal a day for us. In a way that there will be daily left overs, so you can just warm it up as second meal.
Ideal Aquatic diet is: eating light food before water (fruits, nuts, salads, juices) and grounding food after water. We’d propose you to get your own light pre-water snacks to later enjoy Anthony’s warming meals.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
As per individual requests, there are payment plans that can go from 1 to 6 instalments.
After proceeding with the registration, please contact Marina Sans for further information: WhatsApp or [email protected]
